The Hilux pickup truck by Toyota has been known for decades for its outstanding off-road capabilities. Due to its robust construction and large loading area, the Hilux is also often seen on construction sites, in forestry and agricultural operations or wild camping.
A canopy increases the usable storage space of the truck bed and protects the contents from bad weather and theft. This allows you to fully utilise the transport capacity of the Hilux truck bed, even in bad weather.

Toyota Hilux Aeroklas Green-Top | The ABS Canopy
The Aeroklas Green-Top features a slim profile to align the cabin roof and canopy, two gas springs on the tailgate for easy opening, a lockable tailgate handle, door-controlled interior lighting with manual bypass, and a sliding door for easy access for cleaning the rear cabin window. The Aeroklas Green-Top Canopy for the Toyota Hilux is 100% recyclable.
By using of a fast mountable 6-point clamping system, Aeroklas Hardtops are very easy to mount, require no drilling (with Plug&Play wiring) and are coated in the corresponding car color.
The Toyota Hilux Green-Top can be upgraded with a roof railing and can carry a load of up to 75kg.
Aeroklas Green-Top Canopy is available for the Toyota Hilux (until 2015), the Hilux Revo (from 2016) and the new 2021 Modell. The Green-Top is available in three different versions: With side opening windows, with side glass flaps or without side windows.

Toyota Hilux steel canopies by Sammitr with generously sized loading dimensions
The advantages of Sammitr® steel canopies are their robustness, stability and increased roof load capacity. The steel construction also allows the integration of a tailgate across the entire width of the Hilux and not just as a rear window, as is the case with a GRP or ABS canopies. The result is a significantly greater loading width and loading height, perfect for transporting tools and materials, e.g. for use in the trades or construction industry.
Another effect is the significantly improved weather resistance of the canopy, as the flap technology prevents water from entering the rear flap area. The roof rails included in the delivery increase the load capacity of your pickup by 100 kg.
Sammitr V2 Canopy - made from steel
The canopy SMM V2 for the Toyota Hilux by Sammitr features tinted sliding or folding side windows, rear window heating, safe double swing door locking, remote controlled central locking of the rear door, automatic interior lighting, door interior unlocking, completely covered interior and an epoxy coated roof railing.
The dead weight of the Sammitr V2 canopy pressed from 0.8mm thick sheet steel is only 85 to 95 kg (depending on vehicle and variant) and is coated in your vehicle colour.

Toyota Hilux Sammitr V2 - made from steel
The SMM TL-1 has been exclusively designed for the new Toyota Hilux Revo. The design harmonizes perfectly with the alignment of the vehicle and combines aesthetics and safety like no other canopy in its class.
The Sammitr steel canopy, comes with extensive features like central locking, rear window heater, epoxy coated roof railing and more.
The TL-1 canopy is pressed from 0.8mm thick sheet steel and has a dead weight of only 85 to 95 kg (depending on vehicle and version) and is coated in matching color to your Toyota Hilux.

Optional Add-On Products
We offer optional roof rails in two different designs for Aeroklas canopies. You can also customise the look of the canopy with a roof spoiler.
Sammitr canopies are already equipped with roof rails as standard and can be extended with matching crossbars.
Canopies with General Operating Licence for the Toyota Hilux
All Toyota Hilux canopies in our range are supplied by us with an exclusive ‘General Operating Licence’ (ABE). A TÜV registration is therefore not necessary.
Canopy Service and Spare Parts
As a long-standing Aeroklas and Sammitr partner, we also service the canopy in the event of unexpected defects, damage or difficulties. Our service team will be at your side immediately to solve the problem.
Should you ever require spare parts after long-term use, we have it in stock or can obtain it quickly.
Canopy Assembly and Shipping
Our canopies for the Toyota Hilux are dispatched by a specialised shipping company due to the packaging dimensions. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you. The delivery time varies depending on the availability/stock of the vehicle colour.
The wiring to the central locking system should only be carried out with electrical wiring expertise. You can also have your new hard top canopy fitted directly by our in-house workshop team on site.
