TJM Suspension Isuzu D-Max 2020+ Version Front Stage I / Rear Stage I

The TJM suspension system is not just a simple suspension system for raising the height of the vehicle, but also allows the individual requirements of the D-Max to be matched by means of different spring configurations. When selecting the suspension variant, the permanently existing additional weight must be taken into account (temporary additional loads should not be considered). In addition to the chassis adaptation with regard to different additional axle loads due to possible attachments or permanent loading, a moderate height increase of approx. 30 mm is achieved. The robust XGS Nitro shocks are used as dampers. The generous dimensioning of the shocks with 40 mm cylinder, 1.6 mm wall thickness and with a 20 mm piston rod not only provides stability but also significantly improves the cooling performance. The suspension elements of the XGS series, which are precisely matched to the D-Max, ensure a high level of suspension comfort both off-road and on-road. The suspension kit contains in each case the leaf springs, coil springs dampers for the front and rear axle. Also included for the leaf spring suspension are poly bushings, greasable shackles and greasable pins and extended brake lines for the rear axle. The TJM chassis is supplied with a TÜV certificate, so that nothing stands in the way of the TÜV demonstration.
